This is what I mean Liz and Patty should be besties with Crona, from the first meeting they understand Crona's "no one will understand me" mindset. What stops the Thompson sisters with this mindset is becuz of Kidd gave them a second chance at life.

Also from the anime end credit from ep 39, the sisters are crying, liz was trying to play it off, it's funny but also connects with the characters so well.

I think people ignore that dtk spends all of his time with former criminals Liz and Patty and has like zero parental supervision he acts super proper but I know in my heart of hearts they have done everything in their power to be bad influences on him and it worked. “He is polite” is such a blatant misreading of his character. he is actually rude on purpose because his sisters enjoy it and he does whatever they want. Patty taught kid every swear word under the sun within a month of knowing him because she thought it was funny and Liz was like ooohhhhg my god his dad who is literally the grim reaper is going to fucking kill us & then lord death just did not care because he lets kid get away with everything so she gave up on being a responsible older sibling and taught him how to threaten and intimidate people. Anything he does that seems cool is something that liz and patty taught him.

Recent hateration and holleration:

BEVERLY HILLS COP: AXEL F (2024): Geriatric latter-day revival of Eddie Murphy's action-comedy franchise is the best of the three COP sequels (no great achievement), but there's no reason for it to exist other than money, and it's so determined to replicate the beats of the 1984 movie that it even reuses several of its hit songs. Eddie Murphy returns to the streetwise wiseass humor that originally made him a star, but it now feels pretty stale, he's too old for this kind of thing, and the inevitable appearances of his original costars (Paul Reiser, Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, and Bronson Pinchot, though curiously not Ronny Cox) are further reminders that the elements that made the original entertaining were, shall we say, of their time. Taylour Paige is appealing as Axel's estranged daughter Jane, but an already flaccid story is further deflated by the casting of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, dreary as Jane's cop ex-boyfriend. Why Gordon-Levitt's character is in this movie at all is unclear; it felt like much of the role might have originally been written for Reinhold (who's absent through much of the story), but was split into a separate character because the producers got nervous about not having at least one male lead under 60. Gordon-Levitt isn't much of an action star, he has no flair for this kind of comedy, his chemistry with Murphy is nonexistent, and his supposed romantic chemistry with Paige barely rises to the "awkward handshake" level. Kevin Bacon, playing a villainous corrupt cop, is the only one who seems to be having fun, but the movie gives him precious little to work with. CONTAINS LESBIANS? Nah. VERDICT: Not unbearably awful as these things go, but the stench of desperation is hard to ignore. If you're tempted, just watch the original.

SPACE CADET (2024): Charmingly silly comedy, written and directed by Liz W. Garcia, about plucky Florida bartender and sometimes alligator wrestler Rex Simpson (Emma Roberts), who never got to go to college, scamming her way into the NASA astronaut candidacy program with the help of her friend Nadine (Poppy Liu) — who also pretends to be all of Rex's references, baffling the program's hunky deputy director Logan O'Leary (Tom Hopper), who's becoming a little sweet on Rex. Along the way, Rex and nerdy fellow AsCan Violet (Kuho Verma) help each other out, and Rex finds she might have a real flair for it after all. The story doesn't always pay off its amusing setups as well as it might, and credibility is obviously not a high point, but it's cute and funny, and Roberts is a delight. CONTAINS LESBIANS? There's a throwaway line or two suggesting that Violet is bisexual, but that's about it. VERDICT: Contrived but appealing, a movie I would have adored when I was about 12.

Score: 100/100

Why?: Yujin, the Alpha of the IVE sister clan, oversees everything that goes on, protects you with her life, and will sacrifice herself if necessary. She wouldn't even allow you to go outside the world as she knows well how fucked society has become over the years and doesn't trust anyone but her Vampire sisters. She'd kill and threaten anyone that dare gets too close or even make eye contact and have strict rules you must follow without question because well... Yujin knows best.

Kim Gaeul (Enforcer)

Score: 100/100

Why?: Gaeul is just about the same as Yujin though a bit older by a shy 100 years, her parenting style is quite controlling than your typical human parenting, Gaeul always wants to know where you are at all times otherwise she will get worried, she is quite the mother of the clan and you are her most prized possession and doesn't want anyone snatching you away from her and she'd never forgive herself for losing you.

Jang Wonyoung

Score: 60/100

Why?: Wonyoung is quite laid back compared to the rest of her sisters, though that doesn't mean you can just go out and party with random strangers at night. Nope, Wonyoung does have her limits on your free time, she'd prefer going out with you more and loves to spend quality time with you, Wonyoung always tends to crave your attention and love as she'd given you ever since you were an infant. Wonyoung always wants to keep you company no matter where you go to ensure your protection and no evil human tries to kidnap you.

Naoi Rei

Score: 90/100

Why?: Being a Japanese Vampire, in her own culture of origin, she takes pride in her parenting duties, and keeping you safe is one of them... Even if she is seen as overprotective and overbearing but she doesn't care one bit about what others think. Who are they to talk about how she raises you as she sees fit? They don't know the sacrifices and hardships she had to go through to ensure your happiness and well-being.

Kim Jiwon (Liz)

Score: 85/100

Why?: Liz though is quite protective of you, she wants you to learn to solve problems on your own though she will step in if she sees that it's too much for you to handle alone. However, she'd never allow clubbing, drinking, or anything that can get you seriously hurt, not to mention that people will take advantage of you as she was a victim of it once and she doesn't want the same happening to you. Liz would follow you around wherever you go and would be cautious of whoever you interact with making sure they don't have sinister intentions.

Lee Hyunseo (Leeseo)

Score: 95/100

Why?: Leeseo may be the youngest of the clan but that doesn't mean she's naive and inexperienced enough not to take her duties seriously, Leeseo always puts your safety and well-being first before her own. Leeseo always checks on you often making sure you are safe and not doing anything foolish that can get you hurt as she cannot bear the thought of you getting injured. She wouldn't hesitate to discipline you as she sees fit to ensure you don't do break her rules again.

The sound of LA traffic was not great, but it was definitely quieter than the sound of the streets of New York. It's only been 6 Months since I moved to LA semi-permanently. I still got homesick often but there was no place like California. Ever since the transition from being a model to a singer it was a choice I had to make, with mom and dads approval of course, even if it meant seeing Lucy and Jackie less.

"Oh Gosh. What time is it?" I grumbled as I rubbed my eyes. I looked towards my bedside table and picked up my phone. "10:30 AM" I removed the bed covers and stretched my arms over my head. The smell of my room always gave me some comfort in the mornings. I headed to the restroom and pulled my hair into a bun and turned the faucet on. I started washing my teeth when I heard my phone ringing. I ran back to my room to pick up my phone that was lying on the bed. A video call from Jackie. I quickly pick up the phone as I walk back to the bathroom.

"Juswt whun sewkand-" I attempted to say with the tooth brush still in my mouth. Jackie let out a quick laugh, "take your time Eid." I put my finger up, just one moment, and place the phone in front of the faucet handles, holding it up. I quickly rinse out the toothpaste and splashed my face with water to ensure I would fully wake myself up.

"Hi Jacks! How's it going?" I waved and picked up my phone.

"EDEN! It's going so well! I can't wait for you and Lucy to come home today! I missed you guys so much." Jackie smiled softly.

"Oh my, we haven't been away from you that longgggg" I teased as i sat down on my Vanity. I panned my phone to the stack of luggage by my window.

"I know Jacks, My flight is at 2 so I'll probably be there by 7-ish." I start applying my makeup and look away from my phone. " and plus Lucy will be there sooner than me, so you'll get her while you wait for meeee."

She laughs, "Right, what would I do without your wisdom." She stays quiet for a couple of seconds, "How's your new song going?"

I wince, "It's going..." She looks at me confused. "I've just been lacking in inspiration lately. I'm hoping going home will help with that."

"I'm sure you'll get a spark of inspiration once you spend some good old fashioned time at the ballet with me."

"Thanks Jackie, I've missed you guys so much. I can't wait to get there tonight."

I stop to think. "Dinner at The Penrose?"

I look at her smile, "of course Eden! That's our spot."

"All right deal" I look at the time, 11:30AM, "All right sis, I have to head to the airport, see you soon!" I reach over to hang up, "wait! Remember mom and dad will pick you up later tonight so we can all go to dinner together."

"Okay, perfect! Bye Jacks, love you!"

"Bye Eids!" I hung up.

I start getting up and shutting the curtains. It might be a while until I'm back but I'd rather keep my room clean.

Ding Dong.

I head over to the front door that smells strongly of oak. Walking past the pictures I have hanging of Mom, Dad, Lucy, Jackie and I. I open the door and smile as I see the face of my amazing Manager, Lizzie. "Liz! Come to say goodbye to your favorite client." I giggled as she stepped in. "Excuse me! Not just my client, more like my favorite friend!" I hug her and drag her to my room.

"Oh gosh, look at all this baggage..." she exclaims standing in front of my suitcases. She reaches over and picks one up. "Alright Eden! Let's get moving and load these into the car, your driver is waiting."

I look over to her and smile, "You got it boss!" I salute. It was an easy load up and we wasted no time getting in the car. "Are you excited to see your family again?" Lizzie asked. "Yeah I'm a bit nervous though. I haven't seen them in a couple of months, I feel like I've missed out on a lot." It was hard being apart from them and not being able to see them as often as I used to.

Lizzie looks at me and smiles softly, her polished nails and her soft hands reach over to mine. She grabs them and turns to me. "E, you need this. You've been homesick for a while and I think this trip will help you with the new song." I lean my head back against the headrest and turn my face to look out of the window. "I know Liz." I turn back towards her. "Thank you for helping me today. It means a lot. I'll miss you lots."

She just smiles at me and I start feeling tired, car rides always seem to wear me out. I take one last look at the highway we're on and slowly close my eyes. I let sleep take over me and an oddly weird feeling at the pit of my stomach. I hear Liz whisper, "I'll wake you when we get there."

no one loved nights out more than nishimura y/n. she was smitten for the idea of being able to forget her inhibitions, make herself feel pretty, and get drunk with her friends, although she manages to detach herself from them long enough to scope out her next male target. she didn't always love partying. a year ago, she would've said her favorite thing to do was to have a night in, snuggled up underneath a warm blanket with her boyfriend. but that was before he got the girl to open up her well-guarded heart, just to chew it up and spit it out right in her face. after her heartbreak with yudai, she vowed to never date ever again. she instead, got what she needed through the boys who worshipped the ground that she walked on. her friends claim that yudai created a monster, and to a certain extent, y/n agrees. but she was in far too deep to care.

finishing the final touches on her outfit for the party, she turned to her brother who was sat on her bed occupying himself on his phone, and waited for his approval. he nodded his head and sent her a thumbs up. "i can't believe i'm taking you to a frat party. where did i go wrong?" she mumbled, putting her shoes on. riki chuckled, watching her idly, "it's not like i wasn't gonna go anyway even if you said no," the girl stood up, a glare on her face as she slapped the back of her brother's head, and pulled him up to his feet. his figure towered over hers while he trailed behind her. "hurry up and put your shoes on, liz and chaewon are waiting for us in the car." she ordered firmly, grabbing her clutch and making her way outside, her kid following not far behind.

she got herself comfy in the driver seat, her passenger princess, chaewon sitting beside her with the younger two in the backseat. "well don't you look sexy," chaewon nodded in her best friend's direction, buckling up her seatbelt. y/n sent her a quick smile, before starting their journey to MAD house. it wasn't a long drive, being that the two houses weren't far from each other so within 10 minutes, they had arrived. they saw yeji come out to let them in, standing in the doorway and giving a small wave. the few piled out of the car, making their way to her. "you're late." she raised an eyebrow in y/n's direction. the girl shrugged nonchalantly, "outfit change. beauty takes time," she patted the older on the head before brushing by her, welcoming herself into the frat house with her little brother (or as her sisters like to call him, 'her shadow') following her footsteps.

jake let out a whistle at her outfit as she entered the kitchen where the entire group resided, making her do a little spin before approaching fuma first. "hey sweetheart," he smiled, dapping riki up before putting an arm around her shoulder. she watched her brother make an immediate beeline for jungwon, the two looking extremely pleased to see each other. "since someone can't be relied on to show up on time, most of the setting up is done, so thanks for the help." an annoying voice she was able to point out all to well, (and far too quickly for her liking) spoke out from the other side of the island counter. he somehow has a way of getting under her skin with hardly any effort. all it took was the tiniest jab, or a snarky comment under his breath to get that feeling of anger burning in her chest. she would never let it show however, she would never want sunghoon to get the satisfaction of knowing how much he irked her to her core. so she presents herself as unbothered as she possibly could.

"where's my drinks?" she fixed her hair using her reflection in her phone, not even bothering to look up, or make eye contact with him. the boy sighed in agitation, walking away to get her drinks as she hummed in triumph as she locked fingers with fuma who still had his arm around her. their group was used to their open display of affection. everyone knew how close the pair was and that their gestures and the pet names were never sexual or romantic, they just cared deeply for one another. fuma had always taken good care of y/n, so she found comfort in his presence. that being said, that didn't stop their friends from teasing them. "okay lovebirds, we're set up and we have an hour before people start showing up. i'm too sober at this point so less PDA and more alcohol intake, got it?" just as jay started whining, sunghoon reappeared with a case of drinks and two tall cans, and placed them on the counter in front of her in an aggressive manner. she didn't bother saying 'thank you' as she opened the case and slid one bottle in her little brother's direction. everyone sent her confused looks, not believing she was letting the 'protective older sister' guard down for the night. "one. you can have one. the alcohol percentage is low and you're big enough to where it won't get you too drunk. this is a trial run. if anything and i mean, ANYTHING goes wrong, you will never step foot back in this house, am i clear? you stay with one of the girls or any of the boys, yeah?" she jabbed her finger into his chest to get her point across, but the way she had to crane her neck to look up at him made their little brother/big sister dynamic ironic. "got it, mom." he rolled his eyes sarcastically, but she knew he understood. she was super nervous and anyone could tell, which was a complete 180 compared to her usual aura at any nightly function. she even contemplated staying sober for the night so she could be there with him and watch over him but before she could even get the words out, fuma put a hand over her face, stopping her,

"you enjoy your night, i got him. he's an adult, sweetheart. he can handle himself and i will be there if anything goes wrong, okay?" he put her mind at ease with a few simple words, making her sigh and nod. "gross, i'm gonna violently throw up everywhere, please for the sake of my eyes and my stomach, get a room." jake fake gagged, throwing his empty can of beer in the duo's direction. "i for one, think their friendship is cute!" liz smiled picking the beer can up off the floor and putting it in the trash can. "you're cute, jiwon." y/n blew a kiss in the younger girls direction before hearing jay mumble a sentence of an agreement under his breath. "you leave my child alone, you dog." yeji slapped his chest, watching liz's ears turn a shade of red. the group laughed at the interaction, knowing jay just liked to tease yeji and liz and never meant any harm by it. they spent their last hour of alone time drinking and conversing before they opened the doors for free entry.

after some time the house was filled, mostly with people that y/n couldn't even ponder the names of, but by this point she was too inebriated to care. she had danced with chaewon and yujin before making her grand escape, on the prowl for the cutest guy she could find. as her eyes scanned the room, they landed on her baby brother, who was seated on the couch with fuma and jungwon, clearly having the time of his life, laughing at something so hard that his face was turning red. fuma sent her a nod of his head signaling everything was okay, and she sent him a smile and blew a kiss before her eyes zeroed in on the hottest boy in the room (in her honest opinion) only to find him already looking at her. the guy beckoned her over to the wall he was leaning on, and her feet moved faster than her brain could as she pushed and maneuvered her way through the crowd of people until her feet were planted firmly in front of him. "hey pretty." she could hardly hear the boy over the bass of the music ringing her ears. she studied his face that was flushed from the alcohol in his system, his hooded eyes that trailed her figure, head to toe and his hair that was disheveled from the cap he sported earlier. "hi nicho."

"you having fun?" he asked taking a swig from the can of beer he had been holding in his hand, to which he offered her a sip but she shook her head, "no, thanks. i don't drink beer. but yes, i'm enjoying myself." the two made good conversation, talking for more than 30 minutes before they entered a conversation she wasn't prepared, nor sober enough for. "so you and matthew…" he trailed off, giving her an idea of where he was headed. she shook her head quickly, leaning on the wall next to him, "no, we're just friends. he's helping me get some of my grades up, nothing more." he nodded his head in understanding, "but either way, if you're insinuating what i think you are, you know nothing can happen between the two of us, even though i know you feel the same way about me that i do you about you. it's part of the rules." she sighed, genuinely upset she had to put a halt to his advances even though she didn't want to. "yeah? and how do you feel?" a grin took over his face, his eyes never straying away from hers. she laughed, rolling her eyes sarcastically, "That you're the finest dude on my roster, and every time we're in the same room it takes every ounce of self-control in my body to not jump your bones. sound familiar?" he nodded his head with a chuckle, "yeah, sounds about right."

nicholas couldn't even finish his sentence before someone grabbed y/n's shoulder, flipping her over so her back was against the wall, making her wince, "you dick, what the fuck is your problem?" her eyes met a pair that she used to look into so fondly, one's that used to look at her like she was the moon, the stars and everything in between. that sadness that panged in her chest quickly turned into anger, rage even. "you have some fucking nerve, yudai. what the hell do you think you're doing here?" she spat, pushing his hands off her. her ex-boyfriend sighed, not expecting the venomous response. "can we talk? please? i wouldn't have shown up here if you would answer my texts, calls, or DM's. i know your frat brothers don't like me and i understand i'm not welcome here-" his speech was cut off by nicholas who put his arm in between yudai and y/n creating some very much needed distance between the two, "yeah we don't like you, and you sure as hell are not welcome here." he frowned, a very angry look etched over his usually smiley features.

"look man, this doesn't concern you, this is between me and my girlfriend. as soon as she and i talk i'll be out of the way. this isn't my scene anyway." he brushed the younger off, ignoring his hand in front of him. "she is not your girlfriend anymore and clearly does not want to have a conversation with you." he snapped, not backing down. although the girl wasn't speaking, her eyes angrily bored into her ex-boyfriend's. "listen, man, i'm not talking to you, so mind your fucking business, alright? don't piss me off. find some other girl to be your fuck buddy for the night and get the hell out of here." yudai glared at him harshly.

"there he is!" y/n applauded sarcastically, laughing in the man's face and making him send her a puzzled yet irritated look. "i was waiting for your patience to be tested enough so we all could see the real koga yudai. i just needed a reminder of why you don't deserve a conversation with me or even an ounce of my time. you are a real-life piece of shit, and i have no interest in anything that involves you, so you can go." she dismissed him in a bored tone. "is there a problem over here?"

she snapped her head towards the voice loud enough to be heard over the booming music, a voice that under any other circumstances, would have irked her down to her bone. but she had had enough of yudai holding her hostage in the corner and was desperate for any out she could get because it was starting to be too much for her, especially it being the first time they'd seen each other in person since the breakup. "no, sunghoon there are no problems." yudai rolled his eyes, growing more and more frustrated by the human form obstacles in his way of talking to 'his girl.' sunghoon stood with his arms crossed, reading the look on his friend's face (who looks the angriest he's ever seen him), then shifting his eyes to the girl being pinned to the wall, her usually stoic face, is an artwork of emotions. she looked miserable, nearly on the brink of tears. and for the first time in years, sunghoon felt somewhat bad for his ex-best friend. he would never say that sentence out loud, and as much as he hates to admit it, all those years he spent being by her side allowed him the ability to read her emotions like a book, cover to back. her usually perfect posture has been replaced by slumped shoulders and a hunched back resting against the wall, her eyes swarmed with hurt and a mix of anger. as much as he hates nishimura y/n, he hates koga yudai even more. "seems to me that there are issues, so it's probably time for you to go." he spoke, but it sounded more like a warning than an offer. yudai shook his head a laugh dripped in sarcasm leaving his lips, "you MAD boys love sticking your noses in places they don't belong."

sunghoon ignored his comment. he hates you, he truly from the bottom of his heart does. but being raised with only his mom and sister, his conscious saw a girl being mistreated and had to step in. he told himself if it was any other girl he would've done it in a heartbeat. so his morals acted for him and without hesitation, put him in the middle, pushing his feelings towards y/n on the back burner.

"you need to leave or you're gonna have much bigger problems than a little girl barking at you." he advised the older male, who looked as if steam was about to blow out of his ears. "you' threatening me? over a girl who hates your fucking guts? you're that desperate? stand up man, you look fucking pathetic." yudai berated before grabbing y/n's wrist pulling her, and trying to lead her to the exit. sunghoon finally had enough, and quickly grabbed his arm and threw it off the girl, pushing her behind him. "nicho, go get heeseung and fuma. i tried to be nice about this but you've decided to push your luck. you have 30 seconds to get the fuck out of here before you have 9 of her angry frat brothers to deal with. we can add her not-so-little brother into the mix who honestly probably hates you more than she does, he's been on the hunt for you since he moved here. so my advice? scram." sunghoon narrowed his eyes at the man, still holding onto his wrist. yudai contemplated his options, before trailing his eyes over to his ex-girlfriend, whose small frame was slightly hidden behind her old best friend. "this isn't the last time, y/n. we're going to talk." he mumbled as he saw the other boys making their way over, some of her sorority sisters trailing not far behind. he pulled his arm out of sunghoon's grasp before storming off into the swarm of people and assumingly out of the frat house. y/n let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. "'the fuck was he doing here?" she heard her brother's angry voice approaching. "it's nothing riks, just let it go." she put a hand on his arm not wanting to talk about it.

"what the fuck did he want?" fuma scanned her body for any harm or distress, and she shook her head. "nothing, and to be honest i feel more sober than i did when i got here. so now that my buzz is killed and my energy has been drained, i'm gonna call it a night. but you guys enjoy it, yeah? hee, where should i sleep?" they didn't want her to end her night so soon, especially since on normal occasions she was usually one of the last people standing, but by the dejected look on her face, they could tell she needed it so they didn't push her. "you can sleep in my bed, i'll be quiet when i come in so i won't wake you. come on, we'll get you comfortable, yeah?" fuma put his hand on top of her head, nodding for the others to continue their night as he led her up the stairs.

she was disapointed that her night was ruined by the guy who broke her heart, but the confusion she felt was far louder, so loud that it drowned out every other emotion she had swarming through her. why did sunghoon help her? they hate each other, have done nothing but argue, and get on each other's nerves for years, so why did he get involved? and why the hell did he seem so protective?

The presents didn't matter you just wanted to have a peaceful Christmas with the both of them... Like how they used to be.

On Christmas eve you decorated the trailer and they came home to a Christmas tree and your puppy eyes begging for a Christmas.

It turned out to be an amazing night. Christmas movies and laughter. Like how it used to be..

If it's Halloween you and Derek will have a horror movie marathon. You two will be laughing at the gore and Addison will be covering her face in fear or disgust.

Thanksgiving is about like Christmas. You'd put something amazing together and you'll have one night of peace.

Mark having a crush on you:

This was just trouble from the start.

If we're being honest Mark loved you since they day you met, but the problem was he was too afraid to admit and derek would have never let it happen.

Mark loves everything about you. He loves how goofy and kind you are. He feel in love with how your eyes sparkl when you talk about something you love and he especially loves your bubbly personality.

Derek could tell. He saw the way he looked at you and it angered him and scared him. He didn't want Mark hurting you.

He thought he loved Addison but in reality he just wanted to prove to himself he could be happy without you. That wasn't true and not only did he hurt his best friend, he hurt you too.

When He came to Seattle he not only wanted to get Derek back, he wanted to get you back to.

Derek didn't trust him and he wanted to make sure Mark stayed far away from you.

At times it was annoying but you understood where Derek was coming from.

The day mark came to visit Seattle-Grace he got a punch in the face by Derek and you had to patch him up.

As you were giving him stitches his steal-blue eyes never left you. He could feel his heart pounding because of how close he was to you.

You didn't know what to feel. You loved his charm and you will admit you missed him. You missed his laugh, smile, even missed the smell of his colone.

Soul eater headcanons because it’s 1:30am and I have insomnia (mostly the trio)

Reapers have two names. The first is their title (ie lord death and death the kid). The second is their true/personal name, one only to be shared with family and the closest of friends. Kid’s name is Eros, lord death’s is Orcus. Only Liz, Patty, and eventually Blackstar know Kid’s true name.

Reapers have a unique language called Archayk, which sounds like an odd mix of Japanese, old Gaelic, and French.

Crona is Afab nonbinary and asexual. They bond with Kid over their mutual lack of understanding gender norms and sexuality.

Crona has an ouroboros mark in the centre of their back because Medusa branded them as a child. When the gang find out, they go out of their way to help them feel better about it. Patty tells Crona how cool it looks, Soul saying he wants a tattoo like that, Blackstar comparing the mark to his star, Maka telling them all the interesting lore about ouroboros she knows. In time, Crona comes to see the mark not as symbol of Medusa’s control, but as a loving connection to their friends.

Kid lived in the death room for the first 6 years of his life, practically glued to his father’s side and speaking exclusively Archayk. He moved into gallows manor when he turned 7 and would live there alone until he partners up with the Thompson sisters.

Liz can’t cook for shit and patty is banned from ever setting foot in the kitchen, so Kid does all the cooking at gallows manor. And he’s pretty good at it too. It’s one of the things he learned to keep himself occupied growing up. He would beg Spirit to bring new ingredients when he would make his weekly check-ins.

As he didn’t have any real contact with people outside of Spirit, Marie, and his father; Kid picked up a lot of skills to pass the time. On the tamer side were skills like learning to play the piano and the harp, calligraphy work, embroidery and needle work, drawing, and (as mentioned above) cooking. On the more eccentric side were skills such as dueling and fencing, learning dead languages, gymnastics, throwing knives, studying both current and historical politics, and apothecary’s remedies.

Speaking of Marie, she tutored Kid before he enrolled in the DWMA. she is one of the very few humans able to speak the reaper language and so was able to teach Kid before he learned how to speak human languages.

Maka’s mother has a twin sister who is a witch, though Maka and her mother are not. However she chose a path of kindness and actively try and spread good through the world, in hopes that one day other witches will do the same.

Maka moved in with Soul after her parents divorce. They had been partners for a year at that point and Soul wanted to help his meister any way he could. Maka cried when he suggested she move in with him, hugging him for the first time. That’s when Soul started falling for her.

After Kid becomes a full-fledged reaper, it takes nearly 2 months for him to adjust to the name change. He’d been death the kid for most of his life, so suddenly being called lord death was a big change. It takes Soul and Maka even longer to stop calling him Kid. Blackstar outright refuses to call him lord, so he gives him the nickname Prince. And though he’d never admit it out loud, Kid loves it. Liz and Patty also don’t call him lord death, instead simply electing the call him brother in public and Eros in private.

At first Liz and Patty slept in their own room when they came to live at gallows. but after a particularly hard mission, the trio all slept in Kid’s room. Not long after they all just silently agreed that they would continue to stay in the his room together.

Liz is two years older than Kid and Kid is two years older than Patty. Soul and Maka are the same age. Tsubaki is a year older than Blackstar.

Liz loves to dress her little siblings and taught them both how to properly apply makeup. She especially loves getting them all matching dresses or shirts and wearing them together.

Tsubaki’s favourite tea is lemon and hibiscus with a teaspoon of honey mixed in.

Though they can’t speak it, the sisters can understand Archayk well enough to know what Kid is saying when he speaks it.

Blackstar becomes Kid’s right hand man when he ascends his father’s title. Blackstar is known as ‘The Shadow of Death’.

Kid’s sanzu lines don’t all close at the same time, rather they close one by one over the span of 2 years. The process is referred to as a coronation. The first line closes the night Asura is woken by Medusa, when kid is 14; the second closes when he’s 15 and he rejects the power of madness promised by Eibon, choosing his friends and sisters over his own desire for perfection; the third closes after Lord Death fights Asura for the final time and chooses to pass his power and title onto his heir, leaving Kid the lord of death at just 16 years old.

Liz and Patty are called ‘Death’s Angels’ after becoming Kid’s death scythes.

Soul has a bad knee from a car accident when he was a child. It usually doesn’t hurt very much, but when it flares up he can hardly walk. He wears a knee brace all the time and uses a cane during flare ups. The cane is covered in stickers the gang put on it.

Random Death the Kid headcanons cause I love him the most (ft. Black☆Star and Thompson Sisters)

His style of choice is mostly corpgoth but as Lord Death he mostly chooses the most comfy options outside of work

He’s far more serious and more intimidating than his father was, everyone dreads being called to the death room

He’s really caring about his students, puts in the work to get to know them especially if he sees them struggle socially (cause he struggled too)

Loves humans but becomes more critical of society as he gets older. He legit doesn’t understand some concepts especially given how short a mortal’s lifespan is like “Wdym people will look at me weird if I’ll wear a gown instead of a suit, I’m Death for hell’s sake.”

Travels a lot. He takes his father’s mask everywhere because he likes to imagine he’s finally showing him the world after all these years spent locked up at the academy

Basically forced Liz and Patty to go to college. They wanted to stay with him and work at the academy but he insisted on them having more options just in case

Black☆Star is his right hand man. It’s not official but everyone just knows

Since medication doesn’t work for him, he deals with his OCD and anxiety with coffee and willpower (struggles a lot)

Knows 20 languages including asl

Often experiences derealization. Sometimes it gets so bad he forgets to breathe, blink and act like a human in general

Everyone moved on to smartphones and fancy tech and he’s still stuck using a flip phone and an mp3 player. Black☆Star makes fun of him and calls him an old man
